Returns

If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of our Goods (excluding damage to packaging), you may return the Goods within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. We will provide you with a store credit voucher in an amount equal to the price you paid for the Goods, less all shipping costs. Please contact us with your name and order number and our customer care team will arrange the return for you.

Goods returned must be in 'as-new' condition. It must not be used, assembled, damaged, worn or handled in any manner that may affect the original condition. Please return the Goods secured in their original packaging. If you cannot return the Goods 'as new' in its original packaging, a handling and restocking fee may apply up to 20% of the value of the Goods. If you have purchased the Goods with free or discounted shipping, the actual cost of shipping incurred will be deducted. 

Clearance, sales or personalised Goods are excluded under this section. Free gifts and gift cards are also excluded.

Store credit voucher codes will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.


Damaged in transit

If you have received the Goods that is damaged upon delivery (excluding damaging to the packaging), you should immediately contact us (not later than 3 days), providing us with a photo of the damage. 

We will endeavour to find a solution that is mutually acceptable to both parties. It includes but not limited to a self repair, repair by a tradesperson, partial or full credit voucher, new replacement and/or compensation, as the case may be.  

Defects

If you have received the Goods with defects (missing parts, faulty or damaged during the manufacturing process), please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us within 3 days upon delivery. We will endeavour to find a solution that is mutually acceptable to both parties. It includes but not limited to a self repair, repair by a tradesperson, partial or full credit voucher, new replacement and/or compensation, as the case may be.

"Defects" shall exclude normal wear and tear, improper assembly or modification, abnormal use, damaging to the packaging, minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish and minor imperfections or superficial blemishes.

For the avoidance of doubt, our rights to refuse a return is expressly reserved if we deem at our sole discretion that the alleged claim for damage or defects is insignificant, frivolous or vexatious, arising of or due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or in any manner not consistent with the reasonable use and care.
